The vast shaded terrace has a variety of tables, chairs, and comfortable garden furniture, making this an ideal area to eat, read, and relax. It is a perfect spot for enjoying a cocktail whilst watching the sun set on the Grand Luberon.

A short distance from the house, discreetly shielded by shrubbery, is a magnificent 15 x 7 metre swimming pool (with automatic cover) in a glorious setting. Here you will find a calm haven to swim, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy the views. There are sunloungers and a solar shower as well as a pergola, wooden decking and windbreak to provide any necessary shade and shelter.

The large variety of wild birds are encouraged by birdfeeders, the peaceful setting, an abundance of trees and bushes, and the old stone walls of the house. They include the ubiquitous house sparrows, robins, and tits, as well as goldfinches, bee eaters, hoopoos, woodpeckers and nightingales. Overhead and readily observed are buzzards, birds of prey and rare, majestic Boneli eagles.

Trees on the property include plane, elm, walnut, Lombardy poplar, field maple, cypress, mulberry and olive. Fruit trees include quince, apple, plum, cherry and apricot.

There is also a potager/vegetable garden which yields vegetables in season as well as an herb garden for your home prepared meals.

In a quiet corner in the south of the property a boules court nestles amongst the trees where you can enjoy wonderful views of the perched village of Reillanne to the north...

...or contemplate a stunning vista to the south and west which includes the mountain range of the Luberon and the perched village of Montjustin.
